“Red Frog Beach” refers to a locality on Isla Bastimentos, an island in the Bocas del Toro archipelago, Panama. The area is famous for its bright red Oophaga pumilio that gave the beach its nickname — Red Frog Beach
 

Coloration: These frogs are commonly bright, vivid red — often with minimal to no spotting, though some may have tiny black spots depending on the exact micro-locality.

Size: Adults are about 18–22 mm.

Sexual Dimorphism: Males are typically slightly smaller and more territorial.
